🚀 The product
Onatys Doc is an application (iOS, Android and Web) that lets you create and customize professional documents such as field reports, audits, inspections, inventory reports, meeting minutes and handover reports. Add photos, videos and 360° photos directly to your documents, then export them to PDF or Word.
The app is available on iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones and tablets, as well as in a Web version (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) on PC and Mac. Your documents are synchronized in real time across all your devices.
Yes. Offline mode lets you keep creating and editing your documents. Syncing happens automatically as soon as you're back online, with smart conflict resolution if multiple devices were modified.
🎨 Customization
Absolutely. Custom templates are one of the core strengths of Onatys Doc. You can start from an existing template or create a blank document, then build your own layouts with our blocks (text, table, image, video, signature and more). You can then save them and share them with your team.
Yes. Logo, colors, fonts, headers and footers, numbering and legal notices can all be customized. From the Business plan onwards, your branding is automatically applied to all team documents.

Yes, 100% free. No credit card required. As a thank you for your feedback, you get 3 free months of the Pro plan at official launch.
The beta program runs for about 3 to 4 months. You receive regular updates, and we ask for your feedback through short questionnaires lasting no more than 5 minutes.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the adjustment is calculated on a pro-rata basis. To downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No commitment and easy cancellation from your account.
🔒 Security & data
All data is hosted in France with a provider certified ISO 27001 and HDS (Health Data Host). Data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
Yes. We provide a DPA (Data Processing Agreement), processing register, export and deletion procedures. Your data is never used to train models or sold to third parties.
Your documents belong to you. You can export all your data, including PDF files, Word documents and JSON template files, from your personal account at any time without restriction.

Yes. We offer free video tutorials, free monthly webinars, on-site training from the Business plan onwards and dedicated support for Enterprise clients.

Yes. A documented REST API is available from the Business plan to connect Onatys Doc to your CRM, ERP, ticketing system or scheduling software. Native connectors are available for Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion and Zapier.
